Protection boards/sheets come in many varieties, their main purpose is to protect the foundation coating during backfill.

Reasons to use a protection board/sheet:

• Rocky backfill (including large rocks)
• Extra layer of protection
• Required in project Spec
• Drainage - (only with drainage mat options)

Reasons you may not need protection board:

• Backfill will be done next day after Damp Proofing is fully cured
• Slab-On-Grade foundation

Roll Roofing Material

Roll Roofing is an Asphalt protection board that rolls out. Roll Roofing is an inexpensive alternative to Asphalt Fiberboard.

Fan-Fold Insulation / Protection Board

Most fan-fold boards are extruded polystyrene. Fan-Fold Insulation comes in many differnt thicknesses and types. It is easy to install and adds a little insluation value.

Warm-N-Dri Insulation / Protection / Drainage Board

Warm-N-Dri is a pressed fiberglass insulation / protection / drainage board that is used in conjunction with the Tuff-N-Dri Waterproofing System. Warm-N-Dri is avable in three thicknesses.
